How Our Products Are Made
All items in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Times (after production)
- Standard Domestic (US): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Domestic (US): 1–3 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Please plan for 5–10 business days for standard domestic orders from the time you place your order. International orders may take 2–4 weeks in total.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@closingessentials.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
